Still not asleep. Its 4 am , i had a fever of 102 F to control which I have taken four tablets after consulting a doctor. He gave me an injection. The fever subsided and I thought I was feeling tired and I could sleep but still, i am not asleep. I tried counting sheep, but that took me into too deep a thought . Amusingly, my sheep jumped across a tennis court or rather, since i was not asleep, i was imagining them to be jumping across a tennis court.Then i tried concentrating on my breath, the slow inhalation and exhalation, the cold air going in and warm air coming out . After a few attempts, it was clear that it wouldn't work too. Because, somebody told me that after a few minutes, we are supposed to loose the awareness of the process when the sleeps knocks us out.But i started to sneeze because i have a twist in my nasal bridge.
I just hope that the fever doesn't come back to ruin the weekend. And my weekends are always ruined by something.sometimes my gluttony upsets my stomach, sometimes my eyes hurt so bad due to watching many movies end to end, sometimes, i find the money in my account so low that i go into a depression thinking of where i am going and what I am doing.
The next day holds so many promises, they shatter my dream of the night.
